"I had a flat tire on my way to work, so I took the nearest exit and came to this shop. One of my tires was completely worn down to the wires, and the employee—who I believe was the manager—immediately tried to sell me a new tire for $145. I told him I’d rather put on my spare tire instead. After looking at my spare, he kept insisting it was “too old” and “not good.” It felt like he was trying to pressure me into buying a new tire instead of helping me use the spare I requested. I understand that a spare isn’t a long-term solution, but I only needed it to get to work and then home safely. I left feeling disappointed and would have appreciated honest advice and respect for my decision rather than sales pressure."

"The mechanic who replaced the tire was very conscientious and responsible—I think he’s a great person. The total cost for the replacement was $215. The same tire at Walmart costs $140, so it was about $75 more expensive."

"Great place. The pricing was great (sourced around and couldn't beat the price), the service was quick and professional( was in and out within an hr or so, also i kept hearing a noise while driving and they were able to point out the issue and gave me a great price to service it), and staff was great all around. I strongly recommend this shop for all your service needs..... have had the tires for a couple months now caught a few nails and they're going to patch one and warranty the other. I highly recommend you buy the extended warranty ."
